Why we exist
AI has made it easy to produce an answer for almost any question.
It has not made it easy to know whether that answer is supported.
In regulated and high-stakes settings, a confident-sounding response is not enough. A quality investigation, a compliance filing, a safety review, a financial control — these do not ask for something plausible. They ask for something true, traceable, and able to withstand scrutiny.
